Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Blaze Sentry websites, dashboards, alerts, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Blaze Sentry on behalf of a company, school, public agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account, accept an invitation, request a demo, or otherwise interact with Blaze Sentry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account, unless that activity results from our failure to use reasonable security safeguards.

If you use Blaze Sentry through an organization workspace, administrators may control user access, role permissions, workspace settings, and certain organizational data. We may rely on instructions from an organization's authorized administrators when administering that workspace.

You may use Blaze Sentry only for lawful, authorized purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the Service or other users.

• Do not submit false, misleading, harassing, defamatory, or infringing reports, photos, messages, or other content.
• Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service, its data, or its security controls.
• Do not attempt to access data or workspaces you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use Blaze Sentry to violate the rights of Blaze Sentry, its users, or third parties.

Blaze Sentry may combine first-party inputs, third-party data, and user submissions to surface hazards, trends, maps, and other operational context. That information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Blaze Sentry is a situational-awareness tool only. It is not an emergency dispatch service, a guaranteed monitoring service, an insurer, or a substitute for your own judgment, emergency planning, or professional advice. If you believe there is an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.

If you submit reports, photos, feedback, or other content, you keep ownership of what you submit.

You grant Blaze Sentry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your submissions do not violate law or the rights of others.

Blaze Sentry and its related software, branding, design, and content are owned by Blaze Sentry or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may add, remove, change, or suspend features at any time to improve the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to operational needs.

Blaze Sentry may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, mapping, messaging, and email delivery. Your use of any third-party feature or destination may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze Sentry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that alerts or analysis will be accurate, complete, or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze Sentry and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or emergency outcomes arising out of or related to the Service or your reliance on alerts, maps, summaries, predictions, or community-submitted information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blaze Sentry and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Service, your submissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the date above. Your continued use of Blaze Sentry after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
